Stopping for a while....
For those who were wondering why I didn't blog for such a long time, the reason was that I was being sent to China in a last min thing. No time to write the goodbyes lor,then somemore China cannot log into blogspot again. Now I'm going to China again(Tml,Sunday exactly) and I think its time for me to stop blogging for a while. Was thinking of changing to a new website to blog but then again,all these stupid trips and the tendency to stop blogging because of the stupid ban of blogspot in China has sometimes really cool off my interest in blogging.
K guys gtg liao. Hope by the time I'm back I be more enthu in blogging.

Strange but True...
These are the interesting facts surrounding the life of yours truly on this day 14th Feb,which is the V-day.
1. Today marks the 5th year which I have not celebrated V-day with anyone.
2. 94.7% of all my female friends have dates.
3. 34.65% of all my male friends have dates.
4. 14.3% of all my male colleagues,including my boss,brought flowers to work,thus I might be suffering from the effects of pollen right now.
5.Almost all but one of my colleagues are kinda shocked that I do not have any gf to celebrate with.
6. The only one doesn't know today's V-day.
7. When I returned home,I found a present on my table. Apparently its for my brother whom I assumed did not put there intentionally and also to spite me,which I won't GIVE A DAMN either.
8. My mum also has a date today. Apparently she took off today and from my brother's info she currently has a suitor.
9. When I came home,no one was at home. What a first.

Yeah yeah I'm back frm the Sin City. Realised I haven't really been updating that much now(too lazy after all the eating and sleeping).

The follower of the group. In charge of finishing the beer and liquor with Al and to record his snoring.
Steven aka Wuxi Dragon.
Last but not least,the man who...wait a min,I dun think I'm in charge of anything other than keeping out internal squabblings.
Thursday 02/06/06
So we decided that Thurs will be quite a relaxing night for us,checking out places that won't take too much of a hassle. Checked into Samran Place(Just behind Asia Hotel,a 5mins walk) and Pastor Tan and I stayed in one room. Were given room number 510 and after doing our ritual(knocking the door before entering) we opened the door to discover the greatest shock of our life.
Someone's luggage was still inside.
I must say I was a bit worked up and had to be calmed down by Kev when we confronted the receptionist. Took us 10mins for her to understand that the room's already been taken. Heck what if our room was the one that's opened? Very bad impression liao.
After bathing and sorting out everything we decided to head to Patpong. Before we were out of the front door of the hotel some guy already asked if we wanted massage and special service. Wait la haven't makan leh. Ate our dinner at a nearby restaurant and Al's tomyum noodles was the best of the lot.

Posted by PicasaWhen we reached Patpong,I was kinda amazed by how long the stretch of stalls were. Looked like your typical pasar malam but with more stuffs. Was enjoying the stroll(although a bit hot) when we reached the so called red light district. Yum yum time to check it out!

Posted by PicasaWas pretty funny coz the girls were well trained in Japanese but can't really say much English. They were all shouting "Kombawa!" and although we explained to them that we aren't Japanese but they still kombawa all the way. At least they were friendly and keep their distance away from us,jus using their eye contacts and hand signals to seduce us but with Pastor Tan around,everything's jus damn fine haha. Had to 'cho-cho-chotomade' all the way to get out.
Finally we were very tired and so decided to go to one of the alleys where they have a whole stretch of pubs. When we were being sitted I sort of look around and there were only,well,males. Some were looking at us in a queer way. Al must have sensed it too coz he jus order one bottle for himself and finished it quickly and moved on. That's when the dragon turned to the worm here.

Gong Xi Fa Cai
Another chinese new year coming again,which if I'm not wrong I did blog about my last yr's experience. Time certainly flies and before you know it I'll be catching the thursday's flight to the Sin City Bannggkkoookkk! Already got a lot of requests to buy this and that but hey,I dun mind if I can carry all of them home. So anything that you want that isn't too ex or too big jus tell me beforehand and I see what I can do alrite?
Not much stuffs to write about CNY this year. Didn't do any shopping for clothes and for only the 2nd time in my whole life I spring cleaned my....room. Twice. Mom decided that my room isn't clean enough and was going to do things her own way before I stopped her from pulling out stuffs that are 'jian bu de guang'. Now I really feel my room's very bare. Was thinking about re-decorating my room again but realised I did this thinking exactly a year ago and well...facing a lot of obstacles before I put my hands down(Remb my plan to paint my room?).
Celebrated my Germaine Darling's belated birthday on Mon. Almost every year's the same thing;meeting up for dinner and chit chat a bit before rushing off to meet her bf/my friends. Wats so special abt this year's that...I finally got the right gift for her! Bought her a Lanvin perfume(Think that's the name) and she loved it! Well although she said she loved every gift that I bought for her but then...com'on dar,we known each other for so long and ur facial expression jus give it away everytime. And erm I have a poor record of buying gifts for ladies hehe. This time I can see from her expression that she realli liked the gift and she kept pushing her arm towards me to smell it. Eh why nvr put on ur neck or somewhere?

Going thru the motions...
Been quite a while since i updated here,but this time its due to me being quite busy these days,with my work piling up and doing a bit of OT here and there. Seriously the holiday mood's still sinking in my mind,but at least I'm proud to say that I HAVE been working continuously for the past week without taking leave or MC haha. With all the old birdies still in overseas the boss now gave me jobs which were usually intended for my seniors,like attending meetings(Zzz...),chasing material parts,and overseeing the whole assembly process. All this for a engineer assistant's salary. Someone call M.O.M for me!
Still with all the work I still managed to practice my new hobby almost every night,playing with my new software Autodesk 3ds Max 8. Kinda cool creating all the animated graphics and making them move like those animated shows. Also went JB with Marcus,Benny and the others on Marcus's car to eat seafood and watch the Dark...again as the rest hadn't watched. Warned them that its a crappy show but well,good advice always falls on deaf ears. Reached home around 2a.m on Fri night and having to work on Sat's really taxing. Had to meet the gang again this time at Siglap later that night for more tok cock session.
Lastly I just wanna say sorry to a person who will not be reading this coz she doesn't know about my blog. Told her that I was been really busy for this past two weeks so I kept delaying our outing again and again till she got fed up and started accusing me of not treating her as a friend and stuff. As much as I denied it,the truth is that a part of me
doesn't really wanna hang out with her,at least not alone becoz of some reasons. Kinda ashamed of myself when she said those stuff which hit my nerve....haiizzz life's a bitch sometimes.

Obviously from the start of it we were thinking like its jus another football movie but when we came out of the movies we were like so full of anger and wanted to stir things up. Haha the only time I had this similiar feeling was when I was watching the Young & Dangerous series. G.S.H's what you might call the British Gu Wah Zai. It was later when I checked out the history of football hooligans I realised almost every club in Britian or in Italy there will be so-called 'firms' which really carried out what the people in the movies do. Dunno why,but the show kinda affected me a lot and now I'm getting more interested in finding out more.
Stand Your Ground
Posted by G.S.E!!G.S.E!!Played Mahjong yest with the guys again. Thought it will be a cool night after all the raining practically the whole day but how wrong I was. By 4a.m we were shaking our asses off and imagine the scenario when the four guys were sitting there cold,hungry,smoked like its the last day before the ban of smoking nationwide,and listening to random radio stations. Wanted to order Mac but since its raining we decided to spare the poor despatch rider and decided to share the last 2 packets of instant mee together. See so thoughtful of us. We even had to shift our table to the other side towards the end of the game as the rain keeped pouring in. Al's dad was great,making us coffee to keep us warm(Although I didn't have my share coz I tot his Dad said 'beer' instead of kopi. Paiseh la,I thought like son like father mah haha)
There was also one incident which I find it especially funny,coz I wasn't really thinking when I answered the question and only certain people will understand this joke.
